OUR PROCESS

Ideation

We sit with the customer and discuss goals, spitball ideas, and dream. This is where the system functionality is discussed and performance goals are defined. This is one area where Nexos is exceptional in the industry.

Design

We take the notes from the ideation meeting and begin converting that to a design. We take special care to ensure the system meets both the criteria of the ideation meeting and the standards of operation as set forth by the AV standards company AVIXA. Once the design is done, we price it and present a contract to the customer for purchase.

Integration

Once the design is finalized and sold, we begin the integration (installation) process. Our engineers and project managers get the first crack at the system and come up with Gannt (timeline) charts and wiring and equipment schematics. Then our team of installers begin making it happen by pulling wire and installing equipment. Finally, our engineers come back and tune the system.

Training

So you have a new AV system, but do you know how to operate it to get the most from it? This is where members of our team bring outstanding value to our customers. We will train you on the operation of your system, and offer deeper levels of training as requested on the system as a whole, or on individual components within the system

Service

Even in a well designed and installed system, filters still need cleaned, amplifiers still fail and pixels, um… un-pixel. We are not a one and done solution for our customers. We have made a connection, and want to be a resource for
