With a founder who has been in the AV industry since 1990, and a team rich in experience, Nexos crafts systems that perform exactly as intended. This helps us avoid the common pitfalls of over-engineering and under-design that can be found in many competitor solutions.

Our Founder is Travis Brockway. Travis’ journey in AV began in high school when a mistake with an equalizer sparked his curiosity. He immersed himself in learning at a recording studio during his sophomore year, dedicating countless hours to mastering equipment, recording, and mixing.
In college, Travis launched a live event company and toured with both regional and national acts. He’s since worked on over 300 albums and mixed more than 3,000 live shows, collaborating with artists like Elton John, Rod Stewart, and Sheryl Crow.
Frustrated by the inconsistent quality of system installations he saw, and with the encouragement of his insightful friend Craig Janssen (founder of Idibri), Travis decided to start his own company.. His goal was simple: to deliver high-quality installations with a genuine focus on functionality and customer satisfaction. That company is Nexos.

Travis has surrounded himself with a group of people who are passionate about their craft. We have team members who care deeply about customer user experience, audio purity, clean installation with impeccable cable routing, and even a team member who cares that we make money. Imagine that!
